MyUBCard.com FAQs

Campus Cash remains active from the time you purchase it until you officially leave the University.  At that time you can contact us and apply for a refund of remaining Campus Cash. Campus Cash refund request forms are available at the UB Card Office or written requests can be mailed to the UB Card Office within 90 days of the last registration date.  Terms for the refund are available in the current UB Card/Campus Cash Agreement available at http://myubcard.com.
