Payroll and Personal Check Cashing
The UB Card office in the Student Union on North Campus cashes work study, UB checks, UB Foundation, State, Sub Board I, FSA payroll checks, and personal checks (in account holder's own name) as a service to the UB student body. Certain conditions apply:
- Student, faculty or staff at UB with a valid UB card can take advantage of this service. Payroll checks, made payable to you, from University entities for amounts less than $250 will be cashed.
- Personal checks, made payable to FSA-UB, less than $100 will be cashed.
- A 99-cent convenience fee is charged on each check cashed.
- This service is available starting the second week of each semester, and daily funds are limited with this popular service.
